摘　　要：高校扩招是我国高等教育目前出现的新生事物。扩招对高校图书馆期刊文献资源建设提出了新的要求 ,也使期刊文献的需求发生了变化。图书馆应根据要求和变化 ,遵循一定的原则 ,采取相应的措施 。The expansion of student enrollment in the institutions of higher learning is an innovation of higher education in China. The enrollment has brought about new demands on the development of library periodical literature resources. The requirement of periodical literature has been changed. Library should follow certain principles and adopt relevant measures to improve periodical literature resources in accordance with the changes and requirements.
