技能训练对社区精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨技能训练对改善社区精神分裂症患者社会功能方面的作用。方法将96例非急性期的社区精神分裂症患者随机分为技能训练组(以下简称训练组;48例,其中脱落2例)和对照组(48例)。对技能训练组进行技能训练共16周。MorningSide康复状态量表(MRSS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)对患者进行评估。结果(1)训练组干预后与干预前的MRSS评分、依赖量表得分、活动功能缺乏量表得分、社交量表得分、目前症状和异常行为量表得分、社会功能缺陷筛选量表进行比较,差异具有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);(2)干预后时点与干预前时点评分差值的比较,两组的MRSS总分、社交量表得分、目前症状和异常行为量表得分、社会功能缺陷筛选量表评分的差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论在药物治疗的基础上,技能训练能改善精神分裂症患者的社会功能。Objective To explore the effects of the social independent skills training that taught outpatients skills to improve the social function.Methods A total of 96 outpatients with schizophrenia were randomly assigned to either the skills training group or the control group. Both groups received different interventions, and the skills training courses were given to the skills group for sixteen weeks. All the subjects were evaluated with MRSS (Morningside Rehabilitation Status Scale) and SDSS (Social Disability Screening Schedule).Results Ninety four subjects completed the trial. (1)The scores of MRSS, the Dependency Scale, the Inactivity Scale, the Social Integration Scale, the Effects of Current Symptoms and Deviant Behavior Scale, SDSS in both groups decreased significantly after treatment(P< 0.01);(2) The reductions of MRSS,Social Integration Scale,the Effects of Current Symptoms and Deviant Behavior Scale, SDSS between two groups were significant different.Conclusions The social independent skills training is effective in improving social function for outpatients with psychotic disorders.
