摘　　要：建立了烟用香精中乳酸的快速气相色谱分析方法。色谱柱为 2m× 3mm(i.d .) ,内填GDX -10 2的不锈钢柱 ,FID检测器。线性范围为 0 .0 8～ 2 .5 0mg mL ,r =0 .9978;平均回收率 97.4 4 %。该方法灵敏度高、简便。A method for rapid determination of lactic acid in tobacco flavor by gas chromatography was established. The chromatographic column used was a 2m×3mm i.d. stainless steel tube packed with GDX-102 stationary phase and the detector was FID. The calibration cure was linear when the concentration of lactic acid was in range of 0.08 to 2.50 mg/mL (r=0.9978). The average recovery of this method was about 97.44% and its CV was about {2.84%}.
