摘　　要：本文对环境政策法律经济分析的对象、目的、作用机制进行了分析 ,对环境政策法律经济影响经济分析的角度、内容和方法进行了研究。其中包括供给—需求和产业结构角度的分析评价 ,以及环境政策法律经济影响的分析方法。The present paper, gives a systematic discussion and deep-going economic analysis on the current environmental policies and regulations in hoping to explore the potentialities and feasible solutions to the environmental protection and improve economic efficiency in such aspects as the environmental background analysis and the objectives to be achieved. The investigation is also turned to the ways on how to promote quick improvement of social conditions and decrease the side-effects of environmental policies, such as jams of social and economic life, and regulations. Therefore, the research findings of ours can be widely used to facilitate the procedure design of the environmental protection policies and regulations. Problems, such as inefficiency in economic management due to the poor management and low sense of responsibility on the part of the environmental protection departments and administrative personnel are also analyzed in the paper.
