先天性腭咽闭合功能不全与腭隐裂的X线比较研究

摘　　要：目的　比较先天性腭咽闭合功能不全 (CVPI)与腭隐裂患者的腭咽部形态学特点和差别。方法　先天性腭咽闭合功能不全 17人 ;腭隐裂 12人 ;对照组 2 0人分别拍摄静止和发a时的头颅侧位定位片 ,所测指标使用SPSS 10 .0统计软件分析比较。结果　CVPI患者和腭隐裂患者的静止咽腔深度、发声咽腔深度、软腭有效长度比、腭咽闭合率、软腭运动率与对照组有显著性差异 ,但二者之间无明显差异。ObjectiveTo compare cephalometry between patients with congenital velopharyngeal insufficiency (CVPI) and patients with occult cleft palate (OCP),with the aim of providing a reference for further research of anatomy of velopharyngeal port.Methods 17 patients with CVPI (8 male, 9 female, range from 6 to 25 years, mean age 14 years), 12 patients with OCP (7 male, 5 female, range from 6 to 20 years, mean age 12 years) and 20 controls (10 male, 10 female, range from 6 to 19 years, mean age 11 years) were available for this study. All of them received the lateral cephalograms taken at rest and during sound a production. The data measured were analyzed by SPSS 10.0 software.Results The data revealed obvious difference in A-C, PNS-Cm/ PNS-Cm-U′, PNS-Cm/ PNS-PPW, B-C/A-B between the control and the patients, but it failed to show any difference between the CVPI and the OCP.Conclusion The anatomy of velopharyngeal port of the CVPI is similar to those of the OCP.
