摘　　要：目的　通过对Pendulum矫治器的临床应用及竖直曲的设计 ,探讨上颌磨牙远移及竖直的临床效果。方法　选择 13例安氏Ⅱ类错牙合伴轻、中度拥挤病例 ,应用Pendulum矫治器治疗 ,并对治疗前后的头影测量进行分析比较。结果　 13例患者的上颌磨牙均能充分远移 ,且上颌磨牙的远中倾斜均能通过竖直曲的应用明显改善。结论　Pendulum矫治器是矫治安氏Ⅱ类错牙合方便。Objective To investigate the effect of the distalizing and uprighting of maxillary molar incident to the pendulum appliance.Methods Comparion of the pre-post treatment cephalometric radiograph had been done after pendulum appliance were applied on 13 patients who had Angle Ⅱ and mild-moderate crowded malocclusion.Results The maxillary molars could be distalized enough and their distal inclination could be improved by the applying distalized enough and their distal inclination could be improved by the applying of the upright loop in all 13 patients.Conclusion Pendulum appliance is an effective ,convenient appliance for the treatment of the Angle Ⅱ malocclusion.
