白内障超声乳化联合多焦点人工晶体植入的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨白内障术后植入单焦点与多焦点人工晶体对患者术后远、近视力的影响。方法:老年性白内障患者50例(68只眼)随机分为观察组32只眼,对照组36只眼,倍诺喜表面麻醉后行超声乳化+人工晶体植入术,术后随访3个月视力恢复情况,统计学分析多焦点人工晶体对患者术后远、近视力的影响。结果:所有患者术后3个月远视力观察组均值(0.97±0.16),对照组(0.97±0.16),二者比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);近视力观察组均值(0.83±0.20),对照组(0.42±0.11),观察组明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.01);总计有15.63%(9/68)的患者主诉视觉不适,程度均较轻微。双眼手术者26.47%(18/68),戴镜率11.76%(8/68)。结论:多焦点人工晶体植入后能为白内障患者提供更好的近视力,植入多焦点人工晶体患者的脱镜率为90%,提高了白内障患者术后的视觉功能及生活质量。Objective:Lens implantation after cataract surgery with Multifocal lenses; focus on patients ’ postoperative effects of distant and near vision. Methods:50 cases of senile cataract( 68 eyes) randomly assigned to experimental group 32-eyes,36 cases in the control group, as long as Novo received topical anesthesia+phacoemulsification intraocular lens implantation,patients were followed up for3 months of Visual recovery,and statistical analysis of postoperative patients with multifocal intraocular lens on the effect of distant and near vision.Results:All patients operation after 3 months; far vision experiment group value’s are:( 0.97±0.16), control group’s are:( 0.97±0.16),both compared, no statistics meaning( P>0.05);near vision experiment group, value:( 0.83±0.20), control group,( 0.42±0.11), experiment group obviously is superior to control group,has statistics meaning( P<0.01);total is 15.63%( nine-sixty eighths) of patients complained.Visual does not apply, degree is more minor. Eye surgery patients 26.47%( eighteen-sixty eighths),Dai Jing 11.76%( eight-sixty eighths).Conclusion:Multiple focus intraocular lens implantation for cataract patients provides better visual acuity, multifocal intraocular lens implantation in patients with mirror is 90% and improves postoperative Visual function and quality of life in patients with cataract.
