摘 要:为实现不存在串行通信接口的微控制单元(MCU)与数模转换器(ADC)等外围电路的串行通信,面向AD9222芯片设计了串行外围接口(SPI)模块。针对AD9222的串行接口的时序逻辑划分模块,并用硬件描述语言verilog实现有限状态机(FSM)完成设计。经过Modelsim仿真,结果正确。最后经过SMIC 0.18μm工艺流片及流片后的测试,结果证明该设计可以有效地完成微处理器与AD9222的通信,达到设计目标。In order to realize serial communication between Micro Control Unit(MCU)without SPI and other peripheral circuits such as analog digital converter(ADC),a serial peripheral interface(SPI)module used for AD9222 was presented.According to the logical time sequence of AD9222's serial interface,the SPI module was divided into different modules and was achieved by finite-state machine(FSM)with verilog language.The design was simulated by Modelsim and proved to be right.Then the chip was implemented in SMIC 0.18μm CMOS process and tested successfully.The design is proved to be able to meet the aim of communicating between MCU and AD9222.
