摘　　要：目的　观察与研究综合药物治疗早期老年性白内障的可靠效果。方法　采用世界卫生组织 (WHO)施行的年龄、视力、晶状体混浊的有关标准 ,对 313例患者进行随机分组 ,分别给予不同的药物组合治疗观察。结果　 3个疗程 (3个月 )的结果显示 ,92 .74 %的患者有效的延缓晶状体混浊并促进混浊的吸收 ,视力得到提高。结论　药物治疗早期老年性白内障 。Objective To observe and study the reliable effect of composite drugs of treatment to early period senile cataract.Methods The author adopted the WHO criterion about age, visual acuity, crystal opacity and divided 313 patients into 3 groups according to random sampling rule and gave each group different composite drugs to observe the effect. Results Three treatment courses(three months) results showed that the treatment could delay crystal opacity (92.74%) and promote the absorb of the opacity. The visual acuity was reliably improved. Conclusion Drug therapy to early period senile cataract is an active solution to prevent and treat the blindness.
