摘　　要：目的 :探讨严重眼内异物伤救治。方法 :采用玻璃体手术治疗严重眼内异物伤 5 4例 5 7眼。结果 :异物摘出率 10 0 % ,术后视力提高 47眼 (82 5 % ) ,随访 3～ 12个月 ,3 9眼 (68 4% )得以脱盲 ,视力达 0 0 5以上。结论 :玻璃体手术治疗严重眼内异物伤具有异物摘除成功率高 ,能同时处理合并症的优点 ,及时手术伤眼可得到有效救治。Objective:To investigate the surgical management of severe penetrating ocular trauma caused by intraocular foreign (IOFB). Methods:54 cases (57 eyes) of severe penetrating ocular trauma with IOFB were treated with vitreoretinal surgery. Results:The rate of IOFB extraction was 100%,visual acuity improved in 47 eyes (82 5%).In 3-12 months follow-up,postoperative visions of 39 eyes (68 4%) were 0 05 or better. Conclusions:Vitreovetinal surgery is an effective method for severe penetrating ocular trauma with IOFB.It could manage the traumatic complications simultaneously as well as extract IOFB successfully if operated in time.
