Mohs法控制眼睑恶性肿瘤切除及即期修复的远期疗效

摘　　要：目的 :通过对经Mohs法控制手术切除范围及即期修复的 46例眼睑恶性肿瘤患者的远期随访 ,观察其术后的复发率及生存率。方法 :对眼睑恶性肿瘤进行Mohs法控制手术切除范围、即期修复缺损的手术方法 ,随访 2～ 10年 ,观察远期疗效。结果 :46例中 2例睑板腺癌患者术后 3年复发 ,占 4% ;再行局部切除 ,5年内无一例死亡 ,生存率为 10 0 % ;10年生存率为41%。结论 :Mohs法控制眼睑恶性肿瘤切除范围 ,尽可能保留了眼睑正常组织 ,有利于缺损修复 ,提高了患者的生活质量 ,经随访观察疗效确实可靠。Objective:To investigate the postoperative recurrence,survival and the long-term effect of eyelid malignant tumor excision by Mohs′ surgery and the eyelids were reconstructed at the same time. Methods:46 cases of eyelid malignancies were operated by Mohs′ surgery and the eyelids were reconstructed at the same time.Follow up was two to ten years. Results:2 patients with carcinoma of meibomian glands in the 46 cases (4%) were recurrent after 3 years.After second operation for the two patients,the five-years survival rate was 100%,and the ten-years was 41%. Conclusions:Mohs′ surgery for the eyelid malignancies could remain more normal eyelid tissue so that reconstruction of eyelid would be easy and the lives of the patients would be improved.The Mohs′ surgery is also effective through the follow-up.
