摘　　要：目的 :研究MEDPOR在眼部及眶部整形美容中的应用。方法 :应用MEDPOR治疗 3 6例 (3 6眼 )眼部及眶部整形患者。结果 :术后所有患者效果满意 ,眼球正位 ,复视消失。一例眶修复术后 ,又经两次斜视手术 ,复视得到矫正。结论 :在眼部及眶部整形美容术中 ,MEDPOR是一种良好的、现代的线状高密度多孔网状生物材料。Objective:To study the effect of Medpor implant in the ocular and orbital plastic surgery. Methods:Medpor implant was used in the ocular and orbital surgery in 36 eyes of 36 patients. Results:All the patients appeared satisfactory restoration of normal globe position and eliminated diplopia.One case was performed strabismus surgery two times after orbital reparation surgery. Conclusions:Medpor implants is manufactured from a modern biomaterial with liner high-density polyethylene.It is wonderful for using in the ocular and orbital plastic surgery.
