摘　　要：目的 :探讨过氟化碳液体 (LiquidPerfluorocarbon ,LPFC)在视网膜玻璃体手术中的应用价值。方法 :对 2 4例复杂性视网膜脱离患者 ,在视网膜玻璃体手术中 ,应用LPFC压平视网膜 ,翻转巨大视网膜裂孔的后瓣 ,在过氟化碳液体下进行膜剥离、眼内光凝或电凝。然后用硅油或气体置换LPFC ,同时配合常规的视网膜复位手术。结果 :术中所有患者视网膜均复位 ;1只眼剥膜时发生医源性视网膜裂孔 ;4只眼术后有LPFC眼内残留 ;2只眼因术后视网膜增殖 ,部分视网膜再脱离。结论 :LPFC作为“液体操作工具”在视网膜玻璃体手术中 ,起暂时固定视网膜的作用 ,有利于膜剥离等眼内操作 ,简化手术操作 ,减少术中损伤 ,是比较理想的辅助材料。Objective:To discuss the value of using Liquid Perflurocarbon (LPFC) in vitreoretinal surgery. Methods:In 24 complicated retinal detachment patients,LPFC was used to flatten the retina,turn over the folded flap of retinal hole.Membrane peeling,photocoagulation or diathermy were performed under LPFC.Then LPFC was exchanged by silicon oil or gas.Other routine retinal processes were employed. Results:Retina reattached in all patients during operation.Retinal hole formed in 1 eye during membrane peeling.Small amount of LPFC remained in 4 eyes after operation.Retinal redetached in 2 eyes due to vitreoretinal proliferation. Conclusions:LPFC,acting as the liquid manipulating tool,can temporally hold the retina in vitreoretinosurgery,facilitating the intraocular manipulation and decreasing the intraoperative damage.It is a perfect assistant material.
