小学生口腔卫生保健知识测试与分析

摘　　要：为加强小学生口腔健康教育 ,并对效果进行评价 ,对昆明市五华区“春城小学”和“师大附小”的 336名 9～ 10岁的四年级学生在口腔健康教育之前 ,对基本的口腔卫生保健知晓率进行了随机抽样问卷调查 .结果 :一些基本的口腔卫生知识正确回答率在 35 7%～ 84 8% ,说明近年来随着各种渠道口腔健康教育的深入 ,小学生对基本的口腔卫生保健知识有了一定程度的认识 ,口腔健康教育取得了一定成效 ,但离小学生口腔卫生保健知识知晓率指标仍有很大差距 ,特别是一些口腔疾病的危害及有效的预防措施及方法等方面的知识知晓率还很低 .结果表明 :昆明市小学生口腔卫生保健知识仍比较缺乏 ,口腔卫生状况较差 。Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the rate of oral hygiene knowledge in primary school students. Materials and Methods: A random sampling of 336 children, aged 9～10 years old, from two different primary schools. All children were asked to complete an oral hydiene care questionaire respectively. Results: The percentage of right elementary oral hygiene knowledge was between 35 7%～84 8%. Especially, a lot of students realized the harm of oral diseases; but few students knew effective preventive methodsl. Conclusion: Many primary school students lack of oral hygiene knowledge. Oral health education and promotion must be reinforced and popularized to primary school students.
