摘　　要：目的 :探讨玻璃体切除术治疗严重眼外伤的手术适应症及手术时机并观察其临床疗效。方法 :应用玻璃体切除术及其联合手术治疗严重眼外伤 47例进行回顾性分析。结果 :术后视力提高 3 8眼 ,无变化 5眼 ,视力下降 4眼并对其并发症及处理进行分析、讨论。结论 :玻璃体切除术是治疗严重眼外伤的有效手段 ,掌握手术时机对恢复视功能。OBJECTIVE: To study the operative indication timing and effect for treatment of severe eye trauma with vitrectomy.METHODS: Retrospective study was conducted in 47 cases eye trauma with vitrectomy and combined surgery.RESULTS: Postoperative visual acuity were improved in 38 eyes,unchanged in 5 eyes,decreased in 4eyes.And theircomplication were analyzed and discussed.CONCLUSION: vitrectomy was an effective surgery for severe eye trauma.It was very important to master the operative timing for recoveringvisual acuity and decreasing complication.
