摘　　要：介绍西门子PLC在焦炉压力控制系统中的应用,着重阐述应用PLC闭环控制模板FM455/33与CPU运算功能完成以常规PID控制为基础的集气管压力协调控制。针对系统中压力对象之间严重耦合、互相干扰的特点,采用模糊控制、多层规则控制思想,实现压力系统设定值控制(SCC)。This paper describes the application of Siemens PLC in control system of coke oven gas-collection, and emphatically expounds using PLC close-loop control module FM355/455 and calculation function of CPU module to realize coordinated-control of gas-collector pressure. As there is much interaction and coupling between pressure objects, we apply the Fuzzy-control and multi-layer rule reasoning method to realize SCC of the pressure system.
