福尔马林对鳜鱼苗种车轮虫、斜管虫病的防治研究

摘　　要：福尔马林对车轮虫、斜管虫有极强的杀灭能力,对鳜鱼苗种的安全浓度为2.04ppm.在网箱、孵化缸中的泼洒浓度为150～200ppm,池塘中为20ppm.试验结果表明:福尔马林对鳜鱼苗种车轮虫、斜管虫病的治疗效果好于硫酸铜、硫酸亚铁合剂及硫酸铜。Formalin is a very effective pesticide to Trichodina and Chilodonella.It's sate con- centration to the larva of mandarinfish is 2.04ppm.It's spraying concentration used in cages and incu- bation vats is 150～200 ppm.In general,20 ppm Formalin is used in ponds,The results show that the effect of the cure of trichodinosis and chilodonelliosis of the mandarinfish larva with formalin is better than it with the mixture of CuSO_4 and FeSO_4 or CuSO_4.
