摘　　要：恐怖主义被称为"21世纪的政治瘟疫",恐怖主义犯罪愈演愈烈,造成社会的不安与恐慌,严重威胁人民的生命财产安全。中国当前的恐怖主义犯罪侦查还存在情报来源不足等缺陷,有必要借鉴美国、欧盟等国家的反恐实践,立足于中国恐怖主义犯罪的现实,扩大犯罪情报信息来源,建立和完善犯罪记录共享机制,拓展共享范围,加强国际反恐合作,进而有效地掌握犯罪线索,对暴恐犯罪予以有效打击,维护法律的尊严和地区的安全与稳定。Terrorism is known as the 21 st century political pestilence with increasing violence, producing social anxiety, panics and serious threat to people's life and property safety. Presently, China's terrorism crimes investigations still witness inadequate information source. It is necessary to draw on the experiences from the US as well as RU in their anti-terrorism practice, be based on the reality of China's terrorism crimes, expand the criminal intelligence information source, establish and perfect criminal record sharing mechanism, develop sharing scope, step up international cooperation against terrorism in an effort to effectively grasp the crime clues,effectively crack down on terrorism crimes, and maintain legal dignity as well as regional security and stability
