摘　　要：本文分析了加入WTO给我国农业市场化带来的机遇与挑战以及我国农业市场化进程中制度创新的特征 。This article analyzes the chances and challenges that China's accession to the WTO has brought about and the characteristics of system innovation in the process of agricultural market economy,then demonstrates that system innovation and technological improvement are our realistic choices to promote the deepening of China's agricultural market.
