摘 要:目的 探讨恒定磁场与硫酸肝素对人肝癌细胞增殖和凋亡的影响及可能机制。方法 体外观察硫酸肝素作用于人肝癌细胞系 (HepG2 )后的细胞增殖、凋亡效应和细胞ras基因表达的变化 ,并探讨其在恒定磁场作用下的相互关系。结果 硫酸肝素能抑制细胞HepG2的增殖能力及其细胞ras基因蛋白的表达 ,并诱导其细胞凋亡率增加。同时 ,在恒定磁场作用下获得细胞增殖抑制与凋亡诱导的加强。结论 硫酸肝素对人肝癌细胞增殖、凋亡的影响与ras基因蛋白介导的信号传递作用有关 ;Objective To explore the effects of heparan sulphate in combination with constant magnetic fields on the proliferation and apoptosis of the human hepatoma cell line (HepG2). Methods Serial experimental observations, including the effects of heparan sulphate on the proliferation and apoptosis of HepG2 as well as the influences of constant magnetic fields on these effects, were carried out in vitro. Results Heparan sulphate could slow-down the progression of HepG2 proliferation (including the ras gene expression level, as well),and these effects were accelerated under the influences of constant magnetic fields. Conclusion The in vitro experimental results suggested that the effect of heparan sulphate on proliferation and apoptosis of HepG2 was correlated with the signalling transduction mediated by ras gene protein, and that a synergic action was present between heparan sulphate and constant magnetic fields on these changes.
