摘  要:在立体定向基础上 ,应用CT、MRI、微电极和电阻值联合的多元化定位方法 ,对 12 0例难治性精神病患者 ,采用不同核团组合的双侧多靶点技术进行射频热凝治疗 ,应用CGI、BPRS、PANSS等精神病量表进行术前、术后的对照分析 ,以探讨不同靶点组合对难治性精神病的治疗意义。经过量表术前、术后评估 ,评分差值P <0 0 5。依据减分率标准 ,12 0例患者中 68例显效 ,45例有效 ,7例无效 ,无严重并发症和后遗症发生。说明双侧多靶点组合的立体定向技术是治疗难治性精神病的有效方法之一 ,尤其是新的靶点组合与亚核团的准确定位 。To study the significance of using mutiple targes in intractale psychosis, 120 patients were treated by stereotactic technique combined with CT, MRI, microelectrode, and electric impedance methods with bilateral multiple nuclei lesioning by radio frequency thermocoagulation. The therapeutic effects were estimated with CGI, BPRS and PANSS scoring. There was a significant difference in measured scales between preoperative and postop erative ones ( P <0 05).Base on the code of decreased rate, 68 patients were markedly improved, 45 patients were improved, and 7 patients were invalid. No complication and sequel occurrenced. We think stereotactic technique with multiple locations is an effective method to treat intractabe psychosis, especially using new mutiple targets and accurate location of subset nuclei.
