摘　　要：需求分析是管理信息系统 ( MIS)开发中的关键性工作 ,其质量优劣直接决定 MIS的开发成败。以模糊数学为基础 ,运用神经网络的方法和原理 ,在深入研究的基础上 ,提出了一种针对企业信息系统开发中需求分析的形式化方法 ,它可以大大提高系统需求分析的效率和质量。这一方法已得到初步使用 ,取得了满意的结果。The requirement analysis is a key work in developing MIS. The success and failure of MIS development is directly determined by its quality with fuzzy maths as the base and based on the in-depth investigation and by means of neuro-network method and principle, this paper proposes a kind of formalization requirement analysis method (FRAM) which aims at developing manage information system in enterprises.As a result, the efficiency and quality of system analysis can be greatly improved by using this method. And this method has been preliminarily used in our last work with satisfied results obtained.
