摘 要:目的:探讨急性重复前脑缺血与缺血耐受的关系。方法:采用Pulsineli四血管闭塞法略加改良制成大鼠前脑缺血再灌注模型观察脑缺血及再灌注期的ECoG及ECG变化。结果:重复2.5min短暂缺血,随次数的增多,ECG复灌10min时的恢复渐降低,1,2,3次分别为(78.8±16.0)%,(53.2±18.1)%,(32.8±25.6)%,差异显著。多次缺血再灌注组与单次持续缺血再灌注组比较,ECOG的恢复在10,20,30,40min时波幅较低。整个试验过程中,ECG变化较小。结论:急性短暂缺血不能诱导缺血耐受,更可能造成累加性损害。Objective:To investgate the relationship of acute repeated forebrain ischemia and reperfusion with ischemic tolerance Methods:The 4-vessel occlusion(4-VO) method based on slightly improved Pulsinelli model was regarded as the model of the forebrain ischemia and reperfusion in rats in order to investigate the variation of ECOG and EEG during the ischemia and reperfusion.Results:With increase of times of repeated transient ischemia for 5 min,the recovery height percentage of 1~3 times gradually decrease(78.8±16.0)%,(53.2±18.1)%,(32.8±25.6)% and has significant difference(P<0.01 or 0.05).The recovery percertage at 10,20,30,40 minwas higher in single consistant ischemia for 30 min than many consistant ischemia following acute repeated ischemia.Conclusion:It is possible that this kind of acute repeated transient ischemia is not able to induce ischemic toleranc, but bring about accumulated damage.
