恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)检测与临床分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子 (TSGF)检测在恶性肿瘤筛查与临床诊断中的应用价值。方法　采用 (TSGF)快速诊断试剂盒 ,对 42 7例恶性肿瘤患者、6 2例非恶性肿瘤患者和 40例正常人血清进行TSGF测定。结果　肺癌、鼻咽癌、胃癌、肝癌、结肠癌、乳腺癌、其他癌TSGF值分别为 77.4±1 6 .5 ,73 .2± 1 4.3 ,76 .9± 1 0 .9,74.1± 1 3 .8,74.8± 1 5 .2 ,6 9.3± 1 2 .6 ,71 .9± 1 2 .3u mL。非恶性肿瘤、正常人TSGF值分别为 5 7.1± 1 5 .5 ,5 5 .3± 7.0u mL。恶性肿瘤各组明显高于其他两组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论　TSGF测定对恶性肿瘤筛查与临床诊断有良好辅助价值。Objective: To prove the practical value of tumor specific growth factor (TSGF) determination in malignant tumor screening and diagnosis. Methods: Adopting the fast diagnosis kit of TSGF, we measured serum lever of TSGF in 427 cases of malignant tumor, 62 cases of nonmalignant and 40 cases of normal people. Results: The serum lever of TSGF in the lung cancer group ,the nasopharyngeal carcinoma, carcinoma of stomach, liver cancer, carcinoma of colon,mammary cancer and other malignant cancer were 77.4±16.5, 73.2±14.3, 76.9±10.9, 74.1±13.8, 74.8±15.2, 69.3±12.6, 71.9±12.3 u/mL,respectively. The serum lever of TSGF in nonmalignant and normal people were 57.1±15.5, 55.3±7.0 u/mL, respectively. The serum lever of TSGF in malignant tumor was significantly higher than the other two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion: The determination of serum TSGF lever has distinctly auxiliary value in malignant tumor screening and diagnosis.
