摘  要:对 34例门脉高压患者的肝内血管和脾动静脉与 30例对照组织进行 HE染色 ,观察形态学变化 ;细胞间粘附因子 - 1(ICAM- 1)免疫组化染色并行定量分析。结果发现 :脾动脉中膜平滑肌增生 ,内膜增厚 ,并发生玻璃样变。正常肝内外血管 ICAM- 1免疫组化染色呈阴性 ,门脉高压患者的肝内血管和脾动静脉呈强阳性 ,定量分析二者差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。提示 :ICAM-Morphological changes of intra and extra hepatic vessels and splenic arteries and veins of 34 patients with portal hypertension and 30 controls were observed by HE staining. ICAM 1 immunohistochemical staining was made and quantitative analysis done. The results revealed that the level of ICAM 1 expression in vessels of the patients with portal hypertension was significantly higher than that of the controls ( P <0.01). The expression of ICAM 1 in splenic arteries and veins and intrahepatic vessels of the patients with portal hypertension was increased as compared with that in the controls. It was suggested that ICAM 1 might be a major cause for human portal venous thrombogenesis and portal hypertension induced vascular lesions of the patients with portal hypertension.
