甲状腺肿瘤中细胞周期蛋白D1、pRb的表达

摘　　要：应用免疫组织化学染色法检测甲状腺肿瘤中细胞周期蛋白 (Cyclin D1)、视网膜母细胞瘤蛋白 (p Rb)的表达水平。结果发现在 115例组织切片中 ,甲状腺癌组与非毒性甲状腺肿、桥本甲状腺炎、滤泡性腺瘤及正常甲状腺组织组的 Cyclin D1、p Rb表达率比较具有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;乳头状癌组 Cyclin D1的表达率与滤泡性癌组比较具有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,p Rb的表达无差异性 ;甲状腺癌不同的分期比较 , 期中 Cyclin D1的表达水平与 、 、 期比较具有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,p Rb的表达无差异性。提示 :Cyclin D1、p Rb表达水平的检测可作为判断甲状腺肿瘤良恶性有价值的参考指标 ;同时 CyclinImmunohistochemistry staining method was employed to detect the expression levels of CyclinD1 and pRb in thyroid tumors. The results showed thatin 115 tissue sections the expression of CyclinD1, pRb in thyroid carcinomas was significantly different from that in the nontoxic goiters, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, follicular adenomas ( P <0.05). The expression of CyclinD1 was increased obviously in papillary carcinoma as compared with that in follicular carcinoma, but there was no significant difference in the expression of pRb between them. The expression level of CyclinD1 at stage I of thyroid carcinoma was significantly different from those at stages Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ of thyroid carcinoma ( P <0.05), but there was no signficant difference in pRb expression. It was suggested that the detection of the expression of CyclinD1, pRb may be helpful in estimating whether thyroid tumor is benign or malignant. The expression of CyclinD1 may be helpful in predicting the malignant degree of thyroid carcinoma and types of thyroid pathologic histology.
