子宫内膜癌热休克蛋白70、90的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :探讨子宫内膜癌中热休克蛋白 ( HSP) 70、90的表达及意义。方法 :用免疫组化 Envision法及图象分析仪检测了 3 0例正常子宫内膜、3 0例增生过长子宫内膜和 53例子宫内膜癌中 HSP70、90的表达情况。结果 :子宫内膜癌中 HSP70的表达为( 2 0 9.0 6± 5.3 6 ) ,明显高于正常内膜 ( 1 45.2 1± 4.0 9)和增生过长内膜 ( 1 48.59± 4.2 3 ) ,P均 <0 .0 1 ;子宫内膜癌中 HSP90的表达为 ( 1 6 6 .98± 5.71 ) ,明显低于正常子宫内膜( 2 0 8.57± 3 1 .1 4)和增生过长子宫内膜 ( 2 49.73± 4.94) ,分别为 P<0 .0 5、P<0 .0 1。子宫内膜癌中 HSP70表达随肿瘤病理分级升高而增强 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,非内膜样癌较内膜样癌表达增强 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;子宫内膜癌中 HSP90表达随肿瘤病理分级升高而表达减弱 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,非内膜样癌较内膜样癌表达减弱 ( P<0 .0 1 )。但子宫内膜癌中 HSP70、90表达与肌层浸润深度、术后病理分期、淋巴结转移未见显著相关性 ( P>0 .0 5)。结论 :HSP70。Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of heat shock protein 70,90 in endometrial carcinoma. Methods: 30 samples of normal endometrium, 30 samples of endometrial hyperplasia and 53 samples of endometrial carcinoma were taken from Xijing Hospital and examined for HSP70, 90 expression by using Envision immunohistochemical analysis and computerized imaging analysis system. Results: Expression of HSP70 in endometrial carcinoma (209.06±5.36) was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium (145.21±4.09)( P<0.01 ), and in endometrial hyperplasia (148.59±4.23)( P<0.01 ). Expression of HSP90 in endometrial carcinoma (166.98±5.71) was significantly lowre than that in normal endometrium (208.57±31.14)( P<0.05 ), and in endometrial hyperplasia (249.73±4.94)( P< 0.01 ). Expression of HSP70 was increased with decreasing differentiation where as HSP90 was decreased with decreasing differentiation ( P<0.01 ). Expression of HSP70 in nonendometrioid carcinoma was higher than that in endometrioid carcinoma and HSP90 was inverse ( P<0.01 ). No correlation was found between expression of HSP70,90 in endometrial carcinoma and depth of myoinvasion, Federation of International Obstetrics and Gynecology (FIGO) stage of lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: Both HSP70,90 may correlated with the tumorigenicity and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
