摘  要:螺旋霉素产生菌螺旋霉素链霉菌变种 A.sp 99- 4经紫外光照射、光回复突变及螺旋霉素耐受等复合处理 ,使摇瓶发酵效价提高 30 % ;在摇瓶发酵培养基中加入正丙醇及 FH12 ,使发酵效价进一步提高4 0 % ;并初步研究了工艺的中试放大。Streptomyces spiramyceticus A.sp.99 4 was subjected to mutation by compound treatments of mutagenic factors such as ultra violet radiation, photoreactivation and spiramycin tolerance plate test. A strain with 30% higher productivity than the parent strain in the shaking flasks was isolated. The follow up fermentation process with two precursors (n propanol and FH12) was conducted, and the yield was further increased by 40%. Parameters which closely related to the scale up of fermentation process were also discussed.
