原发性结外淋巴瘤52例误诊分析

摘　　要：目的 :提高对结外淋巴瘤的认识 ,争取早期诊断 ,减少误诊。方法 :收集我院近 11年中误诊的 5 2例原发于各脏器、组织的结外淋巴瘤的临床资料 ,分别从误诊时间、疾病、原因等方面进行整理分析 ,并参考近年来的大量相关资料进行综合分析。结果 :5 2例结外淋巴瘤 ,误诊时间在 2～ 4 6个月不等。误诊疾病多为各组织脏器的炎症、息肉、溃疡、良性皮肤疾病以及癌症等。结论 :认识不足 ,知识面狭窄 ,受专科限制 ;和其他疾病临床表现相似 ,缺乏特异性 ;Objective:To bring up the recognition,to improve early correct diagnosis and reduce mis-diagnosis rate of extra-nodal primary malignant lymphoma.Methods:The clinical data of 52 patients with extranodal primary malignant lymphoma originating from different tissues or organs were collected and analysed retrospectively during the last decade in terms of the causes,time limits of misdiagmosis and the diseases being misdiagnosed as lymphoma,meanwhile,the related literatures were referred to and reviewed.Results:The time limits of misdiagmosis were between 2-46 months.The diseases being misdiagmosed as lymphoma were as follows:inflammation,polyp,ulcer,benign cutaneous tumor and cancer etc.Conclusions:Limited knowledge,clinical manifestation similar to some other diseases,especially to lymphoproliferative disease and misleading by confused pathological reports due to improper pathological sampling were the main reasons of causing misdiagnosis.
