摘　　要：目的 :分析评价wand计算机麻药控释系统临床治疗的有效性及安全性。方法 :6 7例患者采用牙周韧带注射法 (PDL) ,观察麻醉起效时间、牙治疗麻醉效果、麻醉消失时间及血压、心率变化。结果 :麻醉术后 4 5min ,牙龈麻醉完全率和麻醉有效率为 10 0 % ,术后患者麻醉消失时间为 (2 .2± 1.2 )h ,计算机麻醉释放系统不引起血压、心率的明显变化 ,使用无明显不良反应。结论 :wand计算机麻药控释系统具有良好的麻醉效能和安全性 。Objective:To assess the efficiency and safety of Wand computer controlled anesthetic deliever system.Methods:67 cases with PLD injection were selected to observe the initiate anaesthetic point of time?anaesthetic efficiency?duration and blood pressure & pulse.Results:The gingival and pulp were numbed abso lutely subsequent 45 minutes of the injection.The duration time would be (2.2±1.2) hours,and the system caused neither fluctuation of blood pressure & pulse nor other side effects.Conclusions:Wand computer controlled anesthetic deliever system possess extraordinary anaesthetic efficiency and high safety within the dental process.
