摘 要:目的 :探讨牙齿漂白和釉质微打磨方法对釉质表面形态的影响。方法 :将 16颗健康离体牙随机使用蒸馏水作为对照组、夜间活髓牙漂白、Croll釉质微打磨和Longhurst釉质微打磨 ,通过扫描电镜观察釉质表面形态的变化。结果 :夜间活髓牙漂白后釉质表面孔隙增多 ,Croll釉质微打磨能形成致密的釉质表面矿化结构 ,Longhurst釉质微打磨则形成无釉柱结构表层 ,有细小划痕。结论 :夜间活髓牙漂白能造成釉质的脱矿。Croll釉质微打磨能形成致密的矿化表层 ,对釉质形态有利。Longhurst釉质微打磨是釉质表面的机械磨除 。Objective:To explore the effects of bleaching and enamel microabrasions on enamel surface morphology.Methods:Sixteen healthy extracted teeth were treated randomly by distilled water,bleaching,Croll enamel microabrasion,or Longhurst enamel microabrasion.The enamel surfaces were examined by scanning electron microscopy.Results:Enamel surface had increased porosity after bleaching.Croll enamel microabrasion created a densely compacted, mineralized structure.Longhurst enamel microabrasion produced a primeless surface, and had some little scratches on it.Conclusions:Bleaching could cause the enamel demineralization.Croll enamel microabrasion could make a compact mineralized structure and it was benefit to enamel surface,while Longhurst enamel microabrasion was just the mechanical removal of the enamel, but it did not roughen the enamel obviously.
