摘 要:目的 :验证临床操作中不同酸蚀剂是否影响复合树脂对牙齿的粘结强度。方法 :分别采用牙釉质酸蚀凝胶 (无机酸 )和 10 %柠檬酸 +3%氯化铁 (有机酸盐 ,又称 10 - 3溶液 )处理 12 0例牙颈部楔状缺损部位 ,并用 3M复合树脂充填 ,在两年内连续用复合树脂修复体直接临床评价标准对充填物进行直接临床评价。结果 :复合树脂脱落率无显著性差异 ,而在充填后两年边缘密合度A级率有显著性差异。结论Objective:To examine the adhere strength when using different etching agent in clinical operation.Methods:There were 120 cervical wedge-shaped defects of teeth with normal pulp from 30 patients.For each patient, teeth of one side were inorganic acid group and were etched with inorganic acid;the other side teeth were organic group and were etched with rganic acid-salt pretreating solution system.The left and right side were alternatively changed randomly.After etching,each tooth was restored with the same type of bonding agent and composite resin.The results of 2 years follow-up study with evaluation criterion indicate the curative effects.Results:The total curative effects and retention have no significant difference between the two groups,but A degree of marginal sealing in organic group is much better than that in inorganic acid group after two years restoration.Conclusions:The etching of organic acid should be applied in order to achieve the adaptation between tooth and resin.
