检察机关与公安机关追赃挽损工作问题研究

摘　　要：检察机关与公安机关在追赃挽损工作中的衔接与配合问题是一个复杂而重要的课题。在当前经济社会快速发展的背景下,经济犯罪、侵财犯罪日益增多,追赃挽损工作尤为重要。检察机关与公安机关作为打击犯罪、保护人民利益的重要力量,在追赃挽损工作中扮演着举足轻重的角色。对检察机关与公安机关在追赃挽损工作中的角色定位、现状分析及改进措施等方面进行探讨,旨在提高检察机关与公安机关之间衔接与配合水平,以期提高追赃挽损工作的效率和效果。The issue of coordination and cooperation between procuratorial organs and public security organs in the process of asset recovery and mitigating losses is a complex and important subject.In the current economic and social development context,economic and property crimes are increasing,and the work of recovering assets and mitigating losses is particularly important.As important forces in combating crimes and protecting people’s interests,procuratorial organs and public security organs play a crucial role in asset recovery and mitigating losses.This paper discusses the role positioning,current situation analysis and improvement measures of procuratorial organs and public security organs in the work of asset recovery and mitigating losses,in order to improve the level of connection and cooperation between the two sides,as well as improve the efficiency and effect of asset recovery and mitigating losses.
