摘　　要：全面建设社会主义现代化国家,最繁重的任务依然在农村,推进乡村全面振兴关键靠人才,人才是第一资源,新时代构建乡村振兴人才支撑体系,吸引各类人才到乡村建功立业,意义重大。但也要充分认识到乡村振兴人才供给和人才需求不匹配;人才的作用发挥和素质能力有待提升;人才规模有待扩大;人才结构有待完善等问题。因此,要加强乡村振兴人才引进、培养、使用、激励等全方位全链条管理,让人才在广阔的农村天地大有可为,让农业更强、农村更美、农民更富,从而有力有效推进乡村全面振兴,推进中国式现代化建设。The most onerous task of comprehensively building a modern socialist country is still in the countryside.The key to promoting the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside depends on talents.Talents are the first resource.In the new era,it is of great significance to build a talent support system for rural revitalization and attract all kinds of talents to make contributions in rural areas.However,we must also be fully aware of some problems,such as the mismatch between the supply of talents and the demand for talents in rural revitalization,the role and quality of talents need to be improved,the scale of talents needs to be expanded,the structure of talents needs to be improved,etc.Therefore,we must strengthen the introduction,training,use,incentive and other all-round chain management of rural revitalization talents,let talents in the vast rural world have great prospects,make agriculture stronger,make the countryside more beautiful,and make farmers richer,so as to effectively promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and promote the Chinese-style modernization.
