摘 要:织物定形凭经验来调节超喂量,并未建立自动调节模型。通过分析超喂装置的机械结构与设计的电容检测系统,利用超喂量与织物厚度、电容值之间的关系,建立超喂控制系统自动调节模型。利用电容的变化值和PID系统模糊算法,实现定形机超喂量的自动调节,得到密度均匀的面料,仿真试验结果表明超喂控制系统模型的正确性和有效性。The fabric setting is adjusted by experience,and no automatic adjustment model has been established.By analyzing the mechanical structure of the overfeeding device and the designed capacitance detection system,the automatic adjustment model of the overfeeding control system is established based on the relationship between the overfeeding amount and the fabric thickness and capacitance value.The change value of capacitance and fuzzy algorithm of PID system are used to realize the automatic adjustment of setting overfeeding quantity,and the fabric with uniform density is obtained.The simulation results show that the overfeeding control system model is correct and effective.
