基于OBE理念的多元教学模式在儿科临床教学中的应用研究

摘  要:目的 探讨基于成果导向理念(outcome-based education,OBE)结合案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)、以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)及模拟教学的多元教学模式在儿科医学临床教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年2月—2023年7月在上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院儿科临床实习的五年制/八年制医学生各38名作为研究对象,采用单双数法分为对照组(n=38)和研究组(n=38)。对照组采用传统教学模式进行教学,研究组采用基于OBE理念的CBL教学法、PBL教学法及模拟教学模式进行教学。比较2组学生理论知识和临床实践能力考核成绩,并采用问卷调查进行效果评价。结果 与对照组学生相比,研究组学生出科考核理论知识考试和临床实践能力考试成绩更高,差异有统计学意义[(37.34±1.45)分vs.(36.19±1.87)分,P <0.05;(56.67±1.82)分vs.(53.08±2.89)分,P <0.001]。与对照组相比,研究组学生认为解决实际问题的能力、知识点的理解和记忆、团队协作能力、应对急危重症的能力(心理素质)均有所提高,且研究组学生认为课程设计更合理,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 基于OBE理念的多元教学模式为新时期儿科学临床教学模式改革提供有益的探讨,为培养儿科人才提供理论基础和有益的借鉴,提高了教学效果。Objective To explore the application effect of multiple teaching mode based on outcome-based education(OBE)concept combined with case-based learning(CBL),problem-based learning(PBL)and simulation teaching in pediatric medicine clinical teaching.Methods A total of 385-year medical students and a total of 388-year medical students with clinical practice in the pediatrics department of the Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from February 2021 to July 2023 were chose as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=38)and research group(n=38)by odd-even number method.The control group was taught with traditional teaching mode,while the research group was taught with CBL teaching method,PBL teaching method and simulation teaching mode based on OBE concept.The results of the two groups'theoretical knowledge and clinical practice ability were compared,and the results were evaluated by questionnaire survey.Results Compared with the control group,the students in the research group had higher scores in the theoretical knowledge test and clinical practice ability test,and the differences were statistically significant[(37.34±1.45)points vs.(36.19±1.87)points,P<0.05;(56.67±1.82)points vs.(53.08±2.89)points,P<0.001].Compared with the control group,the students in the research group thought that their ability to solve practical problems,understanding and memory of knowledge points,teamwork ability,and ability to deal with emergency and severe diseases(psychological quality)were improved,and the students in the research group thought that the course design was more reasonable,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The multiple teaching mode based on OBE concept provides a beneficial discussion for the reform of clinical teaching mode of pediatrics in the new era,provides a theoretical basis and beneficial reference for training pediatric talents,and improves the teaching effect.
