西藏青稞产区土壤和籽粒硒含量相关性分析

摘  要:为明确西藏青稞产区的青稞籽粒与栽培土壤的硒含量以及两者的相关性,对西藏青稞产区16个地点的土壤和青稞籽粒取样调查,结果发现:西藏青稞产区土壤硒含量(质量分数,下同)范围在0.0392~0.6723 mg/kg,其中缺硒土壤占27.78%,硒适量土壤占22.22%,富硒土壤占50%;青稞籽粒的硒含量范围在0.0098~0.3312 mg/kg,其中硒含量不足的籽粒占全部样本的50%;同时,西藏青稞产区土壤的硒含量与青稞籽粒的硒含量之间呈现显著正相关性。试验中藏青2000、藏青320以及5171的青稞籽粒硒含量的差异无统计学意义。此外,与常规耕作相比,粉垄耕作技术未对土壤和藏青3000籽粒的硒含量产生显著影响。然而,在同一土壤条件下,冬青稞品种冬青18的籽粒硒含量显著低于春青稞品种藏青2000。In order to clarify the selenium content of highland barley grain and cultivation soil in Xizang highland barley production area and the correlation between them,the soil and highland barley grain in 16 locations in Xizang highland barley production area were sampled and investigated.The results showed that the selenium content of soil in Xizang highland barley production area ranged from 0.0392 to 0.6723 mg/kg,of which 27.78%was selenium deficient soil,22.22%was moderate selenium soil,and 50%was selenium rich soil.The selenium content of barley grains ranged from 0.0098 to 0.3312 mg/kg,with 50%of the samples having insufficient selenium content.At the same time,there is a significant positive correlation between the selenium content of soil in Xizang highland barley production areas and the selenium content of highland barley grains.The experimental results of exploring the factors affecting the selenium content of soil and barley grains showed that there was no significant difference in the selenium content of barley grains among Zangqing 2000,Zangqing 320 and 5171 in the experiment.In addition,compared with conventional tillage,the powder ridge tillage technique did not have a significant effect on the selenium content of soil and Zangqing 3000 grains.However,under the same soil condition,the selenium content in the grains of the barley variety Dongqing 18 was significantly lower than that of the spring barley variety Zangqing 2000.
