摘  要:查尔酮类化合物是一种重要的天然产物,其结构简单,易于合成及开展衍生化,可通过引入羟基、甲氧基、卤原子、三氟甲基、氨基等取代基开发各种查尔酮衍生物,使其广泛应用于抗虫、抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗炎、神经保护与荧光检测等领域。但查尔酮类化合物同时也存在一些缺陷,如合成工艺不环保、水溶性与稳定性较差等,可通过优化合成工艺、引入亲水性取代基、制备纳米颗粒等新剂型的策略克服查尔酮类化合物的缺陷,使其更好地应用于农药、医药及分析检测等领域。作者系统综述了近年来国内外查尔酮类化合物的应用研究进展,可为后续相关理论及应用研究提供参考。Chalcone compounds are an important natural product with a simple structure,easy to synthesize and carry out derivatization.Various chalcone derivatives can be developed by introducing substituents such as hydroxyl,methoxy,halogen,trifluoromethyl,and amino groups,making them widely used in fields such as insect resistance,antibacterial,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,neuroprotection,and fluorescence detection.However,chalcone compounds also have some shortcomings,such as environmentally unfriendly synthesis processes,poor water solubility and stability.Strategies such as optimizing synthesis processes,introducing hydrophilic substituents,and preparing new dosage forms such as nanoparticles can overcome the shortcomings of chalcone compounds,making them better applied in fields such as pesticides,pharmaceuticals,and analytical detection.The author provides a systematic review of the application research progress of chalcone compounds both domestically and internationally in recent years,which can provide reference for subsequent related theoretical and application research.
