西吡氯铵含漱液联合甲硝唑对牙龈炎患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨西吡氯铵含漱液联合甲硝唑对牙龈炎患者的影响。方法:选取2020年7月—2023年5月黔西南州中医院收治的126例牙龈炎患者。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各63例。对照组采用甲硝唑含片,观察组在对照组基础上采用西吡氯铵含漱液。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后口腔健康、疼痛感、炎症指标、生活质量及不良反应。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组口腔健康影响程度量表(oral health impact profile,OHIP-14)、视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分均降低,OHIP-14评分、VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白细胞计数(white blood cell count,WBC)、中性粒细胞绝对值、淋巴细胞绝对值均降低,观察组WBC、中性粒细胞绝对值、淋巴细胞绝对值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生理、环境、心理、社会关系评分均升高,观察组生理、环境、心理、社会关系评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在牙龈炎患者中应用西吡氯铵含漱液联合甲硝唑治疗效果确切,可明显改善患者口腔健康,缓解痛感,减轻牙龈炎症反应,还有助于提高患者生活质量,且安全性好。Objective:To investigate the effect of Cetylpyridinium Chloride Gargle combined with Metronidazole on patients with gingivitis.Method:A total of 126 patients with gingivitis treated in Qianxinan Prefecture Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to May 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Metronidazole Lozenges,and the observation group was treated with Cilpyridinium Chloride Gargle based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,oral health,pain degree,inflammation indexes,quality of life before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of oral health impact profile(OHIP-14)and visual analogue scale(VAS)were decreased in both groups,and the scores of OHIP-14 and VAS were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,white blood cell count(WBC),absolute values of neutrophils and lymphocytes were decreased in both groups,and WBC,absolute values of neutrophils and lymphocytes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiological,environmental,psychological and social relations in both groups were increased,and the scores of physiological,environmental,psychological and social relations in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In patients with gingivitis,the application of Cilpyridinium Chloride Gargle combined with Metronidazole has a definite effect,which can sign
