摘 要:超宽异形不对称钢箱梁的结构重心不在球铰中心线上,且偏心距大。偏心荷载会对转体稳定产生不利影响,可通过配重调整结构中心位置,有必要研究偏载作用下的转盘结构的受力及变形特点。该文以某超宽异形钢箱梁转体施工为例,建立转体结构的三维有限元精细模型,施加不同大小的偏心荷载,分析比较上转盘及下转盘的受力和变形特点。研究表明,当转体结构处于一定的偏载作用下时,结构受力和变形可满足稳定要求。随着偏心距的增大,转盘结构的变形和应力水平均有提高,施工过程中应尽量减小不平衡重。The structural center of gravity of ultra-wide special-shaped asymmetric steel box girder is not on the center line of the spherical joint,and the eccentricity is large.Eccentric loads will have adverse effects on the stability of the swivel.The center position of the structure can be adjusted by counterweight.It is necessary to study the stress and deformation characteristics of the turntable structure under eccentric loads.Taking the swivel construction of an ultra-wide special-shaped steel box beam as an example,a three-dimensional finite element fine model of the swivel structure is established,and different eccentric loads are applied to analyze and compare the force and deformation characteristics of the upper turntable and the lower turntable.The research shows that when the swivel structure is under certain eccentric load,the force and deformation of the structure can meet the stability requirements.As the eccentricity increases,the deformation and stress levels of the turntable structure increase,and unbalanced weights should be reduced as much as possible during the construction process.
