摘 要:农村妇女是新时代乡村振兴的主要承担者和建设者,科学开展闲暇教育是有效提升农村妇女素质和助力乡村振兴的重要手段。调研发现,农村妇女普遍具有参加闲暇教育的时间条件,但偏重于娱乐活动,最终导致“闲而不暇”;“只有闲暇才有快乐”“闲暇教育无用论”的观念非常突出;地方政府开展农村妇女闲暇教育存在形式主义;社会组织、各类学校、企业参与度不高;忽视了农村妇女的成人学习特征,教育内容形式单一,学习效果欠佳;新媒体、新技术使用率不高,难以调动农村妇女的主观能动性。为此,应逐步达成重视农村妇女闲暇教育的共识,进一步提升农村妇女参加闲暇教育的主观能动性,不断加强乡村闲暇教育的资源配置,因地制宜开发农村妇女闲暇教育资源,闲暇教育要更加契合个体需求。Rural women are the main contributors to rural revitalization in the new era.Scientific implementation of leisure education is an important means to effectively improve the quality of rural women and to support rural revitalization.It is found that rural women generally have time for leisure education,but they are keen on amusements,which eventually leads to“leisure without development”.In addition,rural women have the concept that“only leisure can bring happiness”and“leisure education is useless”.Besides that,there are still some difficulties like the formalism of local governments,low participation of social organizations,various schools and enterprises,ignorance of adult learning characteristics of rural women,which leads to inabundant content and form of education and poor results,rare utilization of new media and technologies,which can not effectively mobilize the initiative of rural women.Therefore,it is suggested that governments should gradually form a consensus on attaching importance to rural women leisure education,further enhance the initiative of rural women to participate in leisure education,strengthen the resource allocation of rural leisure education,develop leisure education resources according to local conditions,and adapt leisure educadtion to individual needs.
