摘 要:农民工职业技能培训是实现我国整体劳动力素质水平提高的重要方法。随着数字赋能在公共培训服务领域的技术和认知不断成熟,将数字赋能视为农民工职业技能培训的实现手段,从分析精准靶向定位农民工职业技能培训服务对象及其需求识别、服务主体协同、服务内容供给、服务效果评估等核心问题入手,揭示了数字赋能促进农民工职业技能培训服务的内在机制:数字理性重塑农民工职业技能培训服务逻辑,数字化弥合农民工职业技能培训服务供需鸿沟,数字流动增加培训服务主体间的协同性,数字驱动输出精准高效的农民工职业技能服务决策。Vocational skills training for migrant workers is an important way to improve the quality of China’s overall labor force.With the continuous maturity of technology and cognition of digital empowerment in the field of public training services,digital empowerment is regarded as a means of realization of vocational skills training for migrant workers.By analyzing the core issues such as accurate targeting of migrant workers vocational skills training service objects and their demand identification,service subject collaboration,service content supply and service effect evaluation,this paper reveals the internal mechanism of digital empowerment to promote vocational skills training services for migrant workers:digital rationality reshaping the logic of the service,datization bridging the gap between supply and demand for the service,data flow increasing the synergy between training service subjects,and digital-driven accurate and efficient decision-making on vocational skills services for migrant workers.
