超声引导下真空活检系统辅助微创旋切术治疗乳腺多发良性结节的临床作用

摘　　要：目的:研究超声引导下真空活检系统辅助微创旋切术治疗乳腺多发良性结节的临床作用。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年12月建瓯市立医院收治的106例乳腺多发良性结节患者作为研究对象,记作研究组。另取2016年1月—2019年12月建瓯市立医院收治的109例乳腺多发良性结节患者作为参考组。研究组行超声引导下真空活检系统辅助微创旋切术治疗。参考组行传统手术切除治疗。比较两组围术期指标、术后并发症发生情况、血清炎性因子与疼痛因子水平、乳房外观满意度。结果:在各项围术期指标方面比较,研究组较参考组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率较参考组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1 d两组各项血清炎性因子水平较术前均升高,但研究组低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1 d两组血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)及神经肽Y(NPY)水平较术前均升高,但研究组低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后1个月、2个月乳房外观满意度较参考组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下真空活检系统辅助微创旋切术治疗乳腺多发良性结节的效果较佳,可促进患者早日康复,降低并发症发生风险,减轻炎症反应与疼痛,创伤小。Objective:To study the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided vacuum biopsy system assisted minimally invasive gyrotomy in the treatment of multiple benign breast nodules.Method:106 patients with multiple benign nodules in breast admitted to Jian 'ou Municipal Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as study group.In addition,109 patients with multiple benign nodules of breast admitted to Jian 'ou Municipal Hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the reference group.In the study group,ultrasound-guided vacuum biopsy system assisted minimally invasive gyrotomy was performed.While the reference group was treated with traditional surgical resection.Perioperative indexes,postoperative complications,levels of serum inflammatory factors and pain factors,and satisfaction with breast appearance were compared between the two groups.Result:The study group was better than the reference group in perioperative indexes,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of serum inflammatory factors in both groups were higher than those before surgery,but the levels in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Serum levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT),prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) and neuropeptide Y (NPY) in 2 groups were higher than those before surgery,but the study group were lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction of breast appearance in the study group was higher than that in the reference group 1 and 2 months after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided vacuum biopsy system assisted minimally invasive gyrotomy has a good effect on the treatment of multiple benign breast nodules,which can promote the early recovery of patients,reduce the risk
