摘 要:本文旨在探讨引入人工智能(AI)绩效考核官对组织的影响。基于归因理论的视角,本文深入分析了AI绩效考核官形象对候选人公平感知及其工作奉献意愿的潜在影响,通过在Credamo平台招募150名参与者进行实验,并对实验结果进行相关性分析,研究发现,相较于传统的人类绩效考核官,AI绩效考核官的引入显著降低了候选人对分配公平和程序公平的感知,进而削弱了其工作奉献意愿。本文为人工智能在绩效考核领域的应用提供了新的理论解释和实践启示。We aim to explore the impact of introducing artificial intelligence(AI)performance evaluators on organizations.From the perspective of attribution theory,this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the potential effects of the AI performance evaluator’s image on candidates’perceptions of fairness and their willingness to dedicate themselves to work.By recruiting 150 participants through the Credamo platform and conducting an experiment,followed by a correlation analysis of the results,the study finds that the introduction of AI performance evaluators significantly reduces candidates’perceptions of distributive and procedural fairness,thereby diminishing their willingness to contribute to work.We provide new theoretical interpretations and practical insights for the application of artificial intelligence in the field of performance evaluation.
