摘  要:多数民族院校处于经济欠发达地区,由于资源匮乏和历史发展的限制,其理工科研究生培养体系存在不完善之处,无法满足民族地区当前现代工业发展的需求。因此,在“双一流”和“新工科”的背景下,亟需进一步完善和加强理工科研究生培养体系的构建,以培养适应民族地区需求的优秀人才。文章以广西民族大学化学工程与技术学科为例,从研究生教育的相关培养制度、课程体系、导师队伍、学术平台等方面进行探索和实践,旨在培养具备高学术素质以及较强学术能力、工程实践能力和创新能力的化学工程与技术人才。Most institute of nationalities are located in economically underdeveloped areas.Due to the lack of resources and the limitation of historical development,the training system of graduate students in science and engineering is not perfect,which can not meet the needs of modern industrial development in ethnic areas.Therefore,under the background of“double first-class”and“emerging engineering education”,it is urgent to further improve and strengthen the construction of science and engineering graduate training system in order to train outstanding talents to meet the needs of ethnic areas.Taking the chemical engineering and technology discipline of Guangxi Minzu University as an example,this paper explores and practices the relevant training system,curriculum system,tutor team,academic platform and other aspects of postgraduate education,aiming at cultivating chemical engineering and technical talents with high academic quality,strong academic ability,engineering practice ability and innovation ability.
