基于“以平为期”从恢复免疫平衡论治复发性口腔溃疡

摘　　要：复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)疼痛明显、缠绵难愈,极大降低了患者的生活质量。中医学“以平为期”的理论思想与现代医学免疫微环境平衡的机制基本相同,人体寒热、气血、阴阳失调是口腔溃疡反复发作的内在表现,“热邪、阳邪”易引发免疫激活,“寒邪、阴邪”易导致免疫抑制,免疫激活和免疫抑制的拮抗及转化状态会影响口腔溃疡的治疗。本文在中医“以平为期”理论的指导下,通过通利三焦、调和五脏、燮理阴阳等方法,可缩短ROU的病程并减少复发,为临床治疗ROU提供新的思路和方法。Recurrent oral ulcer(ROU)is painful and lingering,which greatly reduces the quality of life of patients.The theory of"aim for balance"in traditional Chinese medicine is basically the same as the mechanism of immune microenvironment balance in modern medicine,and the imbalance of cold and heat,Qi and blood,Yin and Yang in human body is the internal manifestation of recurrent oral ulcer."Heat evil and Yang evil"is easy to cause immune activation,"cold evil and Yin evil"is easy to cause immunosuppression,and the antagonism and transformation of immune activation and immunosuppression will affect the treatment of oral ulcer.Under the guidance of the theory of"aim for balance"in traditional Chinese medicine,this article uses the methods of Tongli Sanjiao,harmonizing the organs and regulating Yin and Yang to shorten the course of ROU and reduce recurrence,providing new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of ROU.
