新时代高等体育院校的使命担当与发展战略——基于西安体育学院的改革实践

摘　　要：新时代高等体育院校承担着为强国建设培育高层次体育人才的历史重任。面对新形势,要把握高等教育立德树人是根本、办学特点须明确、人才培养最关键的新要求,以强大的思政引领力、人才竞争力、科技支撑力、社会协同力、国际影响力全面提升高等体育教育质量。西安体育学院明晰改革思路,落实改革举措,提出体育强校、本科强校、科技强校、人才强校、管理强校“五个强校”战略目标,系统谋划了“十项改革发展工程”,以全面提高教育质量和办学效益。高等体育院校应当顺应新时代改革发展实践要求,把握规律、凝聚共识、统筹推进,共同开创体育事业高质量发展的新局面。Physical education colleges and universities undertake historical responsibilities in cultivating sports talents for building a great country in the new era.Facing the new situation,it is very necessary to grasp the new requirements that education for moral cultivation is the fundamental task,the characteristics of the college must be clear,and talent cultivation is the key.We should fully leverage the leading power of strong ideological and political work,talent competitiveness,scientific and technological support,people's livelihood guarantee,social coordination and international influence to comprehensively promote the quality of higher physical education.In the new era,Xi'an Physical Education University clarifies reform ideas,implements reform measures,and proposes strategic goal of achieving“five strong colleges”,namely,colleges with outstanding undergraduate education,colleges with outstanding sports strength,colleges with strong technological strength,colleges with sufficient talent,and colleges with high management level.In addition,our university has systematically planned the“ten reform and development projects”to comprehensively improve the quality of education and the efficiency of education.Physical education colleges and universities should comply with the requirements of reform and development practice,master the laws,consolidate consensus,coordinate and promote,and jointly create a new situation for high-quality development of the sports cause.
