摘  要:目的了解青浦区学生家长开展性教育的现状并探讨其影响因素,为更好地开展中小学生性教育提供依据。方法采用多阶段随机整群抽样方法选取青浦区小学、初中和高中的部分家长进行问卷调查。结果有96.34%的家长支持孩子接受性教育,但仅有52.93%的家长曾实际提供过家庭性教育。多因素非条件logistic回归分析显示,亲属关系、家长文化程度、孩子接受性教育态度和谁应承担主要教育责任为影响家庭开展性教育的主要因素。结论青浦区学生家长性教育态度积极,但主动开展相关教育情况不理想。建议多方着手提升家长开展性教育的能力和水平。Objective To understand the current situation of sex education among parents of students in Qingpu District and explore its influencing factors, in order to provide a basis for better sex education among primary and secondary school students. Methods A multi-stage random cluster sampling method was used to select some parents from primary,middle, and high schools in Qingpu District for a questionnaire survey. Results The proportion of parents who supported their children receiving sex education was 96.34%, but only 52.93% of parents have actually provided family sex education. Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that family relationships, parental education level, children's attitudes towards sex education, and who should bear the main educational responsibility were the main factors affecting the implementation of sex education in families. Conclusion The attitude of parents towards sexual education is positive in Qingpu District, however, the proactive implementation of related education within families is not satisfactory. It is recommended to take multiple measures to improve the parents' ability and level in conducting sexual education.
