摘 要:临床检验诊断学是临床医学下属的一门实践性很强的二级学科,是基础医学和临床医学重要的桥梁课程。临床检验诊断学实验课是培养创新型医学人才的重要组成部分,开放性创新实验则更加注重培养学生的创新能力和动手能力,激发学生的实验热情,调动学生学习的积极性,融知识、能力、创新为一体,持续探索创新医学人才培养的一种模式。因此,临床检验诊断学开放性创新实验课程的建设对医学人才的培养具有重要的意义。本文结合前期在临床检验诊断学专业课授课过程中积累的教学经验,讨论了实践开放性创新实验教学模式在临床检验诊断学中的教学效果。Clinical laboratory diagnostics is a highly practical secondary discipline under clinical medicine and an important bridge course between basic medicine and clinical medicine.Clinical laboratory experimental courses are an important part of training innovative medical talents.The opening innovative experimental courses pays more attention to cultivating the innovative ability and operational ability of students.The enthusiasm of students for experiment is aroused.The enthusiasm of students to study is inspired.Integrating knowledge,ability and innovation,the mode of innovative medical talent training continues to explore.Therefore,the opening innovative experimental courses in clinical laboratory diagnostics is of great significance to the training of medical talent.As a professional teacher of clinical laboratory diagnostics,the author has tried to explore and practice the teaching effect of opening innovative experimental teaching mode in clinical laboratory diagnostics during many years of theoretical and experimental teaching.
