摘 要:对了应对日益复杂的通信环境,满足综合通信系统的需求和集成技术的发展,本文基于系统级封装技术研制了一款小型化乒乓式跳频源,能够实现在12~14 GHz频段的快速跳频。测试得到该跳频源的相位噪声为-93dBc/Hz@1kHz,杂散抑制大于66dBc,频率切换时间为25ns,锁定时间为25μs,尺寸为16.0mm×11.0 mm×3.1 mm。In order to cope with the increasingly complex communication environment,as well as the needs of integrated communication systems and the development of integrated technology,a pingpong type of hopping frequency synthesizer was developed based on system packaging technology in this article,which could achieve fast frequency hopping in the 12-14 GHz frequency band.The test results show that the phase noise is-93 dBc/Hz@1 kHz,the spurious suppression is greater than 66 dBc,the frequency switching time is 25 ns,the locking time is 25 μs,and the size is 16.0 mm×11.0 mm×3.1 mm for the frequency hopping source.
